On Gate 8 Line 3

Does your style reflect who you uniquely are? In other words, is there a correspondence between what you show on the outside and who you are on the inside? If not, people will notice it and, because of that, they might not trust you as a leader.

Nonetheless, authenticity takes time to emerge, and it takes a lot of patience too, because of the trial and error process you find yourself to go through.

The point is that, rather than focusing your attention on what occurs in the outside world, you'd better shift your focus on what "talks" to you on the inside. Because that's the key for you to attune yourself to your unique trajectory in this life.

You know, style matters, especially in a world where you have to stand out from the crowd to leave your mark. But you won't go so far, if substance won't be there too.
