Identifying with a new trend works for you, as long as it provides you with a possibility for growth. If not, quite likely you do not fit in there, thus, withdrawal might be a better option for you.

Mistakes can be really hard to accept, but they are part of the human experience. That’s what you realize by looking at their positive side, and that’s when you become able to turn them into advantages.

Having the other on your side is important when you need their cooperation to bring their experience to completion, as long as the need for harmony doesn’t distract you from the role you’re meant to have in their process.

Keeping an experience or a resource just for yourself gives you power, but your influence as a leader comes from the fulfillment of your potential. A fulfillment you achieve through what you find yourself to go through and share with the ones who are meant to play a role in your process.

Your experiential process only feels worth sharing when what you’ve gone through concretely contributes to the other’s growth and maturity; and that occurs, the moment they play their own part in that sense. Differently, why bother?
