When it comes to learn something, what works for the Right Brain/Body is being present to what they're taught in that very moment.
Presence is not about being focused on the teacher's words or taking notes while the teacher is speaking.
Being present means being totally immersed in the teaching. And immersion is really different from focus.
Focus implies a limitation whereas there are no limits in immersion.
Focus requires you to deal with one thing at a time while immersion makes you deal with everything all at once, so that you can get to see the interrelatedness of the different topics.
Somehow it feels like if you were breathing what you're immersed in, as if that was your whole world. A world you feel in communion with.
