The new business model of the Right

Can we talk of business without strategy?

I mean, how can you ever make money without following given guidelines. Such a goal seems impossible to accomplish, doesn't it?

To a certain extent, this rings true, yes, but we'd need to consider that there's a new model of business, or to better say a radically new approach to business, emerging in the world. A model reflecting the mutation brought up by the new human beings, the ones who have a predominance of Rightness in their variable. In other words, we are on the verge of the transition between the past and the future, and there's no going back, as the old way of doing things doesn't really work for someone who is mostly right in their variable.

The keywords characterizing this new model are cooperation, interdependence and service. In a nutshell, you're driven to cooperate with the other, by being of service to them, as you acknowledge the value of a bond based on interdependence.

Now, if we think of any kind of business, it's clear that there are some aspects requiring planning, focus, foresight, just to mention a few of them. However, taking care of those aspects of your business shouldn't be something for you to get involved with, if you're Right in your variable, regardless of whether you do know what you're doing, or it's just an attempt to make things work. Because that's not what your mind is equipped for.

A Right Mind is not designed to operate, think, conceptualize in a strategic manner. A Right Mind is meant to be receptive. You can look at it like a boat in the middle of the ocean; a boat whose helmsman has no clue on where to go, because it can potentially go anywhere. As an example, by studying a certain topic, you don't really know what to make of it. You will know about it, the moment you hear yourself talking of the direction you're willing to follow, because of what the other was able to pull out of you in that sense. And you're not meant to identify yourself with a defined way of conceptualizing either. If you did it, you would limit your creative potential and that would go to your detriment.

What truly matters to you is having the correct people around. The ones valuing your resourceful contribution, by properly rewarding it, and taking care of all the tasks you're not meant to get involved with. Because for you it's all about the other. Any aspect of what you are is meant to be revealed to you through what the other's input, for good and for bad.

Beyond that, what will make the whole difference for you is being in the correct place, considering that where you are determines whom you meet. And everything begins with surrender. Surrendering to not strategically being in control of what to do with your life. Surrender as the key to align yourself to your unique trajectory and, because of that, being able to live your life on your own terms.

There's so much you're meant to bring to the world. An experiential depth, out of your ability to take in someone or something as a whole, a limitless creative potential, out of your mental openness and receptivity to the many different nuances you see in the world, and, last but not least, a keen spirit of observation which is capable to find a correlation among things which don't seem to be correlated at all.

Now, such a valuable contribution can play quite a relevant role in our modern world of business, though a radical shift in awareness might be required. A shift bringing people to recognize the invaluable value of cooperation, interdependency and service as the values which are meant to project all of us into a better future.
